BEing-ness

You are the ultimate , you are the totality , you are the life  which expresses its being ness through this play of creation . All the visible forms including us  are like hollow mediums , the divine energy that you are breathes life into them so that it can express its oneness, fullness, alertness and silence .You are the creator and also the creation, the life and also the living , the start and also the end.

Nothing ever existed , exists and will exist except life .But if  we all are the same divine energy then why so many different identities. The root of all the diversities in the universe – The human mind . Every moment life expresses itself , the consciousness that we are experiences , but the memory stores all these moments and starts creating a repository . Here is where the perceived division which we may call ‘illusion’ starts. Now Life is categorized into my life , your life and his life .The mind keeps loading the memory repository and the ‘I-ness’ in us keeps growing deeper . The life that we are is still outpouring every moment , but the mind now has a definition of ‘ME’ ,every moment passes through the mind which now has certain set expectations of how the moment should unfold for the ‘ME’ . The mind keeps us in an illusion that we are not the life but the ‘ME’ to which the life is happening . But who is that ‘ME’, just a memory ……….

Each form is a unique expression of divinity . Heart is the receptor of divine will. When we feel strongly , when we want to sing , dance , write , love …………. When the feeling is so fulfilling that we want to express , it is us – the life force , which wants to express its bliss in different ways . Every moment is full of enthusiasm , as in every moment divinity dances . But the mind interferes , with the mind the ‘ME’ remains prominent and each moment is weighed , the moment- which is an innocent act of fullness is perceived as a fearful business of profit and loss for the ‘ME’. Enthusiasm is replaced by feverishness.

Now is the opportunity , this very moment is the opportunity to see what is . Just be still and look how the mind behaves . Every action originating from it is backed with a hidden motive to add to the ‘ME’ in some way or the other . We are the source , the life energy which lives  ……. We are not the ‘ME’ that is lived .

Our very first moment in the universe we were just conscious , we were just life experiencing , totally in the present moment , but today we are my life , my body , my reputation , my success, my future and my past ……………………

Let us return to that very realization that we are life in every moment  and not the life situation happening to the ‘ME. Only then can we enjoy , only then can we love , only then can we help and only then we can be totally in the present moment ……………….

We can do it right NOW , the shift from ‘I-ness’ to ‘Being-ness’!
