Excuses begone- nadaljevanje pt2

1. Awareness (u don't have to be stuck in your thinking pattern)
Observe the thoughts in your mind- pay uncritical attention to your mind.
Who you can become is unlimitless.

- practise giving
- practise not judging

2. Alignment 
Stay align with force. Shift your thinking with alignment of your nature.
You come from a source. You can't live that source, when you aren't align to that frequencies. Be a vibrational match to love. When you align to that, your desires come true.
- Universal source of being never thinks in terms of what is missing, do you?
- Universal source of being never thinks in terms of what can't have or do, do you?
- it never thinks in terms of what has never happened?
- it never thinks in terms of what will other say, do you?

Be  grateful for all in your life. Decide to stay in feeling of love, prosperous and feel it floating.

- keep focus of something and feel love
- monitor every negative thought- change them (affirm: I am allign with the source).

3. Living in the now. 
Acceptance is not ego, ego can not exist in the now.
Imagine what every God' beautiful creature, what are doing in every moment of each day.
Life only gets lived in the present. Affirm: Be here now.

4. Removing judgement from what you are expiriences. 
Allow, rather than resist. Be with it.
Question: What is happening right now, independet of my opinion about it and can take in (the sky, the breath...). At eating: be in thankful mode for food instead of thinking, what I have to do ...

Exercises:
- being aware of your reactions (thoughts are projections of past or future- as yourself, how do I feel now).
- meditate
- practise yoga
- affirm: for 5 minutes: I choose to stay fully present in the now and this is the only place I will truely know God.
