Infinite self- nadaljevanje...

11. Believing that u are the energy- being it. Believe that u already are, what u want (an actor...). Align to an energy that is outside ur perception.

12. Your word as law, to affirm the authority over your ego. Clean up your dialog. Exercise: move in a ceremonial way 12 stones from one place to another and back at seven o'clock, for seven days, just to shut down your ego (that would rather sleep and doesn't see a point to it). Don't think things in term: evil, bad, ugly, hard, impossible, difficult... Remind yourself that you are abundant, great, infinite, eternal..., whenever you try to critisize...watch your thought forms. Become verbaly disciplined, don't talk about yourself, don't boost...

13. Acceptance. Disengaging from negativity. Trust that all is well with the world. Right now it is, what it is. Be satisfied with yourself, you can change things, but you are as you are, accept yourself. Right now it is perfect. The circumstances in my life are external manifestations of my emotions and thoughts, I can learn from them. Stop fighting against yourself. The way it is, it is, you are free.
Afirm: It is the way it is. What you accept, you disengage.


14. Not judging and don't critisize: not interfering, not healing, not helping other people, if they don't ask you. You can observe and tell about things- comment about things without engaging in emotions, but when you emotionally judge or critisize and engage in it, then your perceptions changes, it is discarding the other situation, person... I am and I expirience... I have no reactions.
Exercise 1: little flame in the heart, that spreads all over the body to be warm- when somebody says, aren't you cold, it puts your fire out.

Exercise 2: sit and watch people, close down your mind and observe them from infinite self.




Exercise 3: Mental touch people - reach out your mental hand to touch their heart.

15. Don't hold on to nothing. Things, people, situations are just for rental of this life plan. When you put a lot of energy, emotions in HAVING, then you affirm you don't have.You have to come from the point of expiriencing, rather than having.When you don't hold on to things, you are free. People equate secuirity with owning. I am nothing, I am free. Use things, enjoy them and thank them.

16. Don't defend, don't explain yourself, or else it is ego point (it is silent power). If you have to explian yourself, you are lost.Learn to internalise what you know and internalise your life.

17. Purifying yourself. Guard for high energy all the time. Walk away, when there's confrontation. Ask yourself, when you are angry, what are you angry about, take your time, understand. If you are strong inside, you won't be ever in a fight, because they don't pick up people, that are inner strong. You make choices- always select the highest energy, stay away from people, realtionships, jobs- where your energy is wasted. So much energy is wasted on futile things (fear, anger..). Begin to move away from imbalance.

18. Respect all living things. Observe beauty in all things. Put away your normal reactions and come out from love, when people treat you bad- that's your test. Extend love to all beings.
