Nurture mind, soul and body


To nurture mind, Thought Leaders should empower themselves with and have downtime for:
  • Silence (when they turn their heads off)
  • Stillness (which is the door to intuitive ideas)
  • Reflection (contemplation of one-self)
  • Looking inward and at one-self
  • Maintaining social intelligence, i.e., conversation
  • Reverie (day dreaming; lost in thought)
  • Developing resilience (the positive capacity to cope with stress)
  • Building self-confidence                
Some methods Thought Leaders may choose to maintain soul include:
·         Prayer
·         Meditation
·         Having gratitude or internal thankfulness (having gratitude makes the Thought Leader realize they have more to give; they don’t view the glass half full - instead they view it as “my cup runneth over”).   
·         Spending time in nature (walking, hiking, sitting before a campfire or fireplace to connect to nature and earth),
·         Deep breathing (exposure to air),
·         Tapping (exposure to sound),
·         Massage
·         Reiki Chakra treatment (to maintain your universal life force energy)  

  Nurturing Body.  Thought Leaders must be physically fit.  Not much to be said other  than eat right and healthy; do not over-medicate, watch your weight, get sufficient sleep and exercise daily.
